A whole chicken with giblets. The whole chicken brings the feet, liver, and gizzard neatly tucked inside. Whole chicken can be used in a wide variety of recipes. It is very flexible with regards to what you make of it as you can decide ir and how you will prepare it. Every part of a chicken has it's proper uses and the giblets that are part of our whole chicken are an excellent choice for making a chicken broth. Common uses for whole chicken are:

  • Stew chicken
  • Baked chicken
  • Tamales
  • Bar-b-que, even though most people prefer to use Special chicken or Special Quarters for Bar-b-que since they do not bring the giblets.
