Chicken Breast is an excellent source of protein, while trimming down on the fat. Although a darker meat of chicken such as leg may offer more tenderness and a richer flavor, chicken breast has mildness and a lightness to it that makes it work with just about any seasoning. Breast is easily cut up into shapes and sizes of your choice, making it work for any recipe. Note: Chicken breast tastes dry when it is over cooked, so keep an eye on it!
