Ingredients

6 trays Boneless breast
½ tsp cayenne
¾ cup Lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp Garlic powder
3 tsp Ground cumin
3 tsp dried oregano
8 tbsp Fajita seasoning
2 tbsp salt
2 cups sliced onions
8 cups sliced green peppers

Preparation

Cut chicken in strips. Mix seasonings.
Marinate several hours. Fry until juices run clear.
In a separate pot, stir fry vegetable. Mix with chicken.
Roll in flour with desired toppings.
(Lettuce. Tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream)
