Ingredients 1 tray QPP Boneless Breast
Flour Mixure:
1 cup flour
6 tbsp. chicken consume
You may substitute salt for you favorite seasoning instead of consume.
Egg Mixture:
2 eggs
4 tbsp milk
Crumbs:
1 pk. Soda biscuit crumbled.
(Or bread crumbs) | Preparation Cut in strips for softer chicken pound breast with meat hammer.
Dip in flour mixture, egg mixture, then crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with Sweet & Sour sauce. |
