If you are going to be purchasing at least 30 pieces and are getting the chicken directly from our main office in Spanish Lookout you can order the exact amount of pieces you need. However if you are going to be purchasing your chicken off the truck or from our wholesale/ retail branch offices you will get our already packaged chicken which comes either in trays, 5lb bags or 25 lb bags.
If parts are taken from medium size chicken:
5 pounds legs brings 7 or 8 pcs.
5 pounds breast brings 11 or 12 pcs.
5 pounds wings brings 20 pcs
Special Quarters bring four pcs in a bag, a bag weighs 3 – 3.5 pounds.
