Chicken Fingers
1 tray Boneless Breast, cut in strips (for softer chicken pound breast with meat hammer.)
Dip in flour mixture, egg mixture, then crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Flour Mixture:
1 cup flour
6 tbsp. Chicken Consume (You may substitute salt or your favorite seasonings instead of Consume).
Egg Mixture:
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
Crumbs:
1 pack Soda Biscuits crumbled. (Or bread crumbs.)
