1 tray QPP Boneless Breast
1 cup flour
6 tbsp. chicken consume
You may substitute salt for you favorite seasoning instead of consume.
4 tbsp milk
1 pk. Soda biscuit crumbled.
(Or bread crumbs)
Cut in strips for softer chicken pound breast with meat hammer.
Dip in flour mixture, egg mixture, then crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with Sweet & Sour sauce.
